Break Buddy was built by someone who spent too many hours staring at a screen without moving. Existing break reminder apps felt either too boring or too aggressive.

The idea: make breaks feel like a visit from a friendly animal, not a corporate productivity timer. Something you'd actually look forward to.

Break Buddy is privacy-first because your browsing is yours. We don't need to know what you're doing to remind you to rest.
